Services

Play Therapy and Art Therapy

Play Therapy and Art Therapy are very beneficial to children and youth of all ages. Children who have experienced challenges in their lives often do not have the words to accompany these experiences since they often occur pre-verbally. Play therapy and art therapy provide a form of release and information. Often children get stuck and simply need a little assistance. That is where my services come in. We will work together to uncover what is preventing your child from feeling their best self.

Psychotherapy

Sometimes certain circumstances prevent children and youth from feeling their best and most unified self. This is where psychotherapy can be of great assistance. Psychotherapy services consist primarily of talk therapy, and its success depends on the relationship between the therapist and the child/youth. Through this work, the client and family will learn new strategies and coping skills that will assist with future life challenges.

Life Challenges

Anxiety, Depression, Loss, and Trauma are all areas that I can focus on helping your child move through.
